ACA Reporting


We work with you to file important Affordable Care Act (ACA) forms and keep you compliant. Insynctive will:

  • Automatically generate your 1094C and 1095C forms.

  • Electronically file your ACA forms with the IRS, avoiding headaches and delays.

  • Distribute copies of your 1095C forms to employees as required by the ACA.

Security is built into Insynctive from the ground up, starting by developing and hosting our platform using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft’s Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service, a collection of integrated cloud services with industry-leading data and privacy protection. 


  • Our cloud-based IT infrastructure is fully compliant with industry standards,, including HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and FedRAMP. 

  • Two-factor authentication can be turned on as an option in order to add an extra layer of security. Once activated, the system will send a code to each user’s phone that they’ll need to verify when they login.

  • 256-bit SSL encryption is used on all transmitted data, including passwords and personal details, to keep it safe and secure.
